We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product you have purchased from RAV DESIGN ONLINE STORE, to show our sincerity, we have set out below RAV DESIGN ONLINE STORE Policy highlighting key points that you should know.
For any product exchange, please approach our sales/service counter at any of our stores Customer Service Department to provide you with a full product exchange terms conditions explanation to make sure you understand the whole exchange policy to avoid any misunderstanding occur. To be aware that any return MUST BE return back with Original / New / Wrap / Without Using Condition.
What should I bring along when I want an exchange?
The original receipt with the date dated not more than SEVEN (7) DAYS from the date of purchase is required for all exchanges.
- Returns are possible if unfortunately the items ordered are:
- Wrongly sent
- Faulty / defective
- Out of stock
- For above (i) and (ii) please submit pictures
- If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 7 days of receiving.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all of the tags intact and in their original packaging.
- If the products have been used or damaged, there will not be any refund.
- We take no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us, i.e., lost during the return transit.
- After verification of the returned item(s), refund or replacement will be arranged within 3 -10 working days.
What if I can't find my receipt?
Unfortunately RAV MARKETING SDN BHD/ BEE SAME TRADING SDN BHD will not accept any exchange without any original receipt. RAV MARKETING SDN BHD/ BEE SAME TRADING SDN BHD cannot provide copies of receipts if lost or misplaced.
Can I do a multiple exchange?
Unfortunately RAV DESIGN ONLINE STORE will only accept one (1) time exchange from each customer.
Can I exchange a product with a higher or lower?
Of course, you are always feel free to exchange for any product with the same or higher value ( with the differences amount being top-up by customer ). Unfortunately, for any lower value product exchange the differences on the amount will not be refundable.
What are the product that does not cover in this exchange policy?
Non Exchangeable Items:-
- Repair charges, Labor charges, delivery/pos charges
- Some prepaid cards, digital subscriptions or services
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items that are missing accessories
- Etched or otherwise personalized items
- Any product with any minor scratches even inside or outside of the body.
- Any RAV MARKETING SDN BHD/ BEE SAME TRADING SDN BHD product which does not match with RAV MARKETING SDN BHD/ BEE SAME TRADING SDN BHD system/ original receipt or original Invoice.
- Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you.
RAV MARKETING SDN BHD/ BEE SAME TRADING SDN BHD reserves the right to deny/terminate/edit/add/cancel/ reject this seven (7) days exchange policy without any prior notice.
